SWAN welcomes John Bain as Senior Client Director

John joins SWAN with a broad experience of working in both the private and public sector, most recently as the CTO for Vets Now and prior to that the Associate Director of Technology and eHealth in NHS 24 in Scotland.

“I am really excited to now be part of the SWAN team and I am looking forward to bringing my years of experience working to and within the public sector in Scotland to the team and also to our clients.” John comments, “Key to me in the coming months is going to be working closely with the SWAN team and the wider Capita Group, to ensure we are fully exploring all the different ways our client, both prospective and current, can get the maximum benefit from this fantastic service."

John will be working closely with Eddie, the SWAN Senior Management Team and the SWAN Management Board and its members, to develop the SWAN service and ensure it is fit for the future requirements of the public sector in Scotland, up to 2026 and beyond.
